I remember a couple years back reading some threads that were highly critical or skeptical of all products made by Eastern Music, calling them knockoffs or similar things. For gummy deposits, possibly best is acetone, but it will probably take the colour out of the pad, so perhaps alcohol as a poor contender. For mineral deposits, none of the above. It's fun and easy to play and helps with learning fingerings, reading music, figuring out songs and tounging. If you ever try to play a real sax, your sound and embouchure is like 70% of playing and you won't be developing that on the 120. The T55 Java is more tightly wrapped sound wise with a lot of focus. Big excellent for a wide variety of playing situations, however I prefer (and am looking for) and great STM with a lot of 'zing' to the sound. The HR* added kind of a buzz on top of everything that I didn’t like. To flatten it out you can hold the left hand pinky B or Bb key. You may also be able to flatten it a bit by changing your embouchure for that note (and the Eb too).

As a supportive rhythm instrument vs. what is essentially a lead instrument, these are two different beasts.
