You have to recerive 100% of the Quick kill bonus. Meaning you pretty much have to hit the spine, heart or brain. The Quick Kill bonus adds up to 166.66 to the score. The same applies to the Integrity Score bonus and Consecutive Kills bonus. If you get all three at 100%, they add a total of 500 points to the score and automatically grants a bronze rating.
