I thought it was the block temp sensor but didn't think thermostat.My Wife is experiencing the same problem on her 2019 Chevy Blazer . The Action Required alert comes on when you start it up and the the Check engine comes on . ... Check the codes. They will identify the sensor that is at fault. Likely one of the 4 wheel speed sensors. Look at the wiring from each sensor. Also a bunch of rust from rusty brakes could stick to the sensor magnets and cause a weak signal.Disconnect it and check inside. The signal from the fuel quantity sender is the purple wire. The ground for the circuit is the black wire next to the purple one. Connect/reconnect the halves several times to establish good pin contact. Check the gauge to see if you got lucky.
