I've been crunching some numbers and In both max for DHL and DHCB Fang is whole percentage points better at Blacks, all Metallics iron and up and KBD. BCP is still BIS for slayer. Inq has a slight accuracy penalty and less defense. The staff is good for maging Olm's left hand, Ice demon and the magic vanguard in raids.
