After you put up the ones for the commission, more will appear as you unlock sections of the map, and if you want to be able to fast travel to those locations, it is up to you to put the stops there. It isn't for nothing though. You unlock the ability to fast travel to these places and that is huge in some cases.Dee Dee Stops Diagram Missing.
