I hope hypixel does change it so fortune takes effect on smeltable ores if you have smelting, because yea vanilla rates are poop. Perhaps hypixel could pull a 1.17 and introduce raw ore so fortune can take effect regardless of smelting touch. Technically next step is silver fang so try going for that. Next go for raider or aote (use enderman minions for it (kill endermen that spawn on your island at night)) dont go for the silver fang.
