This is the crew I've used on my E since it was 5m. Now that its maxed, I can kill 2 heavy capital traders per trip. SOL should be good. Look for small traders and don't hit the big ones. Use PMC and have at it. I got close to a Kelvin BP in about a month by grining in SOL and using my borg store credits. Don't forget klingon scouts on top of this.
